midnight blabbering

midnight blabbering

A Poem by brianna vega

i couldn't take it back. Every sign out there pointed to the fact it was
meant to be. coincidental or not its the power, emotion and energy
behind words thoughts and actions that makes anything work. and we both
believed it. there was no denying the fact that everything fit too
perfectly. even our names had the same meaning as different as they
sounded. the magic lays in the meaning the definition the connections
held behind the curtains. People forget the magic they hold. they forget
how expanse ones mind can be how reality relies on what your mind holds
and perceives to be true to be fact. This was my reality and early on i
knew how to shape it to create a world that fit me. though sometimes i
felt discouraged and insane i knew in the deepest recesses of my heart
and mine my life would never be like any others. i had the power the
eyes. to see the world for what it is. to be able to catch the ideas and
thoughts floating dripping heavily in the air around them. my mind was a
net. the rest butterflies. I just had to know which were worth the
effort to catch.
