A Poem by Costa Siwale
"

trying to describe what being hopeful feels like

"
there are no words, as I stagger at the cliffs edge where the sea breaks.
vast, mortal-less, awe-breaking the bounds of my reason.
she sings silently to the curving blue skies.
she roars breathlessly, in chocks and spills
her blue liquid swirls and spins, sweeps and rainse like lahed wipes,
lifeless life giving entity that mellows at a touch.
I saw the sea, the being

Costa Siwale, Reading this, I stood at the cliff's edge with you.
The majesty of the sea, overwhelming, is it not?
It seems as though life stopa and begins there.
I loved your writing.
