Stream the Walk By

 

Waves crazy out of time crashing with the wind,

Another memory tugs the sweet lining of peace…

A laughing child chases birds

Hold on Serenity, please,

please

 

Scattered leaves of history crisply whisper,

Leave all that is no longer dissolving into fading pleas…

Rocks chattering feeling tides’ earthly lust

Release mind’s torrent and cease,

cease

 

Sprinkles mist and kiss uplifted smiling face,

Moist soil aromas tickle senses in the breeze…

Clowning puppy rolling romps and capers

Begging laughter tease,

tease

 

Fluid faster flying with inner songs than Sound,

Attention soars and blares into a carnal freeze…

While unfettered contentment dances

And embraces me gently in peace,

peace.

You are truly gifted at capturing the moment to moment feelings and images that echo past and around us. This peice reminded me of walking down a path and each time i stopped my thoughts would echo off into the distance. Making me wonder if i had even moved at all, or if only my thoughts and spirit had made me believe such.
