One day chance might present
something heaven sent
or to you it might be ordinary,
just another event.

You watch it pass by,
only to cry and cry,

“Why had I not taken
the chance?”.

A chance is a thing
that will not cling,
it will not cling,
it passes like the
season of spring.

You might stare at it blankly but
quite frankly, your eyes are too dull,
go to a doctor,
later,
you’ll thank me.
