the little things.

the little things.

A Poem by Britanie

it seems to always be
the little things
that break my heart the most.

the little things
that no one else
ever takes notice of.

and in that i am alone
inherently and entirely alone
with all the little things
that add up to big things
and sooner or later
become
everything.

It's the little things that set what we miss as something important; anyone can give us a hug, but they cannot hug us the way someone else could. That's why we miss it, the small differences. Nice write.
