Betrayal

Betrayal

A Poem by Mike
"

This poem is about a man who was betrayed by an old friend that stole money from him and betrayed his trust, And the revenge that take place as a result.

"

You might have stolen from me and broke my heart

But you’re one less demon waiting to stab in the dark.

A so call friend a so call ally yet you betrayed me without a moment to waste

No hesitation no remorse I now know my best course

You’re gone you’re gone but not forgotten

I’ll remember your deeds and remember your rotten

I’ll find you!

I’ll find you know matter what

Beware my wrath and beware the cost

If it takes me a life time you will definitely pay

Not with money or gold

But with your blood and your soul

You’re gone you’re gone but not forgotten

I’ll remember your deeds and remember your rotten

And here we are but ten years later your unaware of my presence

As I stalk you through the streets like a demon of vengeance

Sticking to the shadows trying hide my face just waiting for my moment

As you walk up to your house you feel an unnerving presence

Like some is following, you hear a footstep in rain as you turn to

See an old familiar face of a mad man you once decreased

I can see the fear in your eyes as the memory of me flashes by

My finger feeling itchy on the trigger

No time to explain no time say sorry

JUST BANG!

You’re gone you’re gone but not forgotten

I’ll remember your deeds and remember your rotten
