The Angel's WrathA Poem by Julesy
Time
Is flying by so fast I just wish it could stop for an hour You could visit me in my mind We'd have a swell time, dear But when the clock runs out I'd already miss your smile I hate that my mind feeds me these intangible realities That are nightmares Up, down, unknown, unseen We're in parallel dimensions, yet we can see each other It's an angels secret devious torture, this angel so drunk with power To be able to crack our dimensions, making a whole in the mutual barrier of us Giving us a glimpse of what we want Watching us find each other. But then CRASHING the shaking our world Creating a complicated, twisted, derailed us to watch us crumble with pain You angel? No, you demon! Just when everything was genuine, fine, and happy with us You mixed it up, breaking the bond that we made between dimensions And you laughed when you saw us crumble with longing Crumble with pain and sorrow! You laughed. You laughed on your cloud of "innocent", tampered, drunk power As we long and miss each other And the bond is broken, and we try to piece it together But its hard. Torturous But we tried to endure it We're in parallel dimensions, dear But we can still see each other The bond was not broken, its still there It's an invisible line of time, that must be built up by the memories we will make One day We will separate from the boundries of our dimensions, and We will endure the angels wrath And though it's hard Pulling, pushing, stretching and bending ourselves Around, into, and against Because it seems impossible for time to allow our being We will endure the angels wrath. © 2010 JulesyAuthor's Note
