Obsidian Heart

Obsidian Heart

A Poem by Austin

Obsidian heart.
It's been ripped apart.
It's grown cold and hard.
It's been tossed and jarred.
A black coat of glass
covered its mass.
No light can reach,
no feeling can breach
The thick armor.
