It's a "Yes"
and that's the best
news I've gotten
all this day.

It's only dinner,
nothing big,
but I still feel
good, I should say.

I've worked hard
to get to here,
but still problems
do arise.

It's been two weeks
from this day
that she did
open up my eyes.

And now I see
the world around me
can be good
if you let it be.

It just takes time
and understanding
to get to point,
