Another Thursday

Another Thursday

A Poem by Austin

Another Thursday's come and passed.

These weeks are flying by oh, so fast.

Man, these days are just so short,

and of the unproductive sort.

And I'll still stay up for all a night's hours,

even though it saps my body's powers.

Am I sick of the stress? Maybe,

but you're never ever gonna hear it from me.

I've new inspiration to last me the days,

a turn of events with a golden glaze.

I proposed a challenge and things turned out good.

It's about time, I do think, that they should.

Another Thursday has gone on it's way

and as night approaches I retire from the fray.

As I head to sleep I resolve my day

and I throw out all of the disarray.
