That one Party

It's funny how you just suddenly remember that one weekend that kinda changed a few things for you some months ago. What happened that weekend made you a bit scared and now while looking back at it, you just sit there and laugh of it.

I was spending the weekend with my sister and her friends. It was ok to begin with and as usual i was in the background for some time. Around 11.30pm saturday night, they literally carried me to a party that day and I couldn't get away.

They were a bit drunk, but not that bad that they couldn't think properly. But when it was time to go back home it was bad. It was like 05.30am sunday morning when I was able to get them back home to where we was staying for the night. When we left on saturday we were six and seven when we went home early sunday morning.

There were at least twenty-five people including me, my sister and her friends when we arrived at the party. Me and a pregnant girl was the only ones who was sober. She had enough with taking care of herself and I myself had more than enough to take care of the six drunk people on the way back to the place we slept over at.

Then my sister and that strange drunk guy that followed us back suddenly disappeared. They said they was gonna take a walk and that they'd return, but instead they ended up at his place and I didn't know since none of them had their phones. I ended up sitting on the sofa waiting for them to return. They didn't show up before late on sunday by the time I was gonna call the police. That's when they told me they ended up at his place and that they were sorry for not telling me so i could get some sleep. I was honestly pretty surprised that they acctually apologized to me cause they had made me sit awake worrying about them.

Sunday night when my sister and i arrived home i told her that I was never ever going to a party with her again if that was gonna happen again. She just looked at me, smiled and said that it wouldn't happen again even tho i know deep down that it probably will. I learned a few things that weekend and i guess some other people learned a thing or two.
