I'm Saved Through Jesus

I'm Saved Through Jesus

A Poem by The Invisible Girl

I rather have Jesus
than anything this world can give.
Nothing satisfies me but you.
Your blood was spilled
so you could be with me forever.

I rather have Jesus
Than gold, sliver or even precious jewels
Because you are the rarest jewel

You saved me
Because you loved me first
Like a hound chases down a rabbit
You chase me down
And never let me go

My life without you
Would be cold and dark
So, Never let me go
Keep me under your wings of protection
And let me spread your Holy Word

I rather have Jesus
Than have all time fame
Because in your eyes I'm a princess
In your kingdom
Nothing can keep us apart
Through you I'm saved
And I will dwell in the house of The Lord forever!

Jesus is just all right with me, too. :)
I cry every time I watch Passion of the Christ.

Wonderful poem!
I can really relate to this.

It reminds me of the song,
"I'd Rather Have Jesus" by George Beverly Shea.

Thanks! :)
This is so great, sounds like a song, it can be put as a rhythm and end up to be a very lovely song. Good job
