Story about Moms

Moms
Moms are always there, through the good and the bad.
They''ll whip your a*s for what you did, but never tell Dad.
An unbreakable bond, an unspoken harmony.
A friendship that lasts, no matter how far you'll be.
Through thick and thin, whether financial or emotions,
She'll be there, telling you its ok if your heart's broken.
She knows that it hurts, she's been through it too.
You may not want to hear it, but her advise comes from truth.
She sticks to what's real, all bullshit aside.
To reveal what you should make up for, and disregard your pride.
Disagreements come up, all families have them,
But it takes a real Mom, to do the things you cant fathom.
And set things in the right place, hold it down for the family.
Put food on the plates, that smile on her face damaged me.
She always had to be strong, bruised all up with her shades on,
Thats why I broke the broom over his back, and got away and stayed gone.
I will never let her put herself in a bad situation.
Always stay 3 steps behind but 5 ahead in preparation.
I'd do whatever I can, and I mean whatever it takes,
to make sure my Mom lives a lone and happy life and always stays safe.
Dear Momma. (Memaw)
