A Wisp In the AirA Poem by Constance-OutspokenCreative poetry group
Delicately perched, peering down
Into the verdant depths of change Faltering, glancing into the dark Glimpsing a myriad of broken dolls Those women I've been not long ago I inhale, deepening reserve, resolve Stolidly convinced, about to plunge Into new, lush wonderland unexplored Flexing, spreading myself over the horizon Spying a glint of something beautiful I exhale, letting chance flutter forth A wisp in the air, perfumed with hope © 2010 Constance-OutspokenReviews
