The Solution

The Solution

A Chapter by Constance-Outspoken

Stillness is not a frame my mind knows
It wanders from thing to thought in flashes
Never settling but for a millisecond at a time
Until it finds itself meandering in long slow thoughts
Of the you I am coming to know so readily and satisfyingly.
Lost in an echo of a simple thing you've murmured,
Deeply I breathe, catching the moment again
Savoring it like a bite of milk-sweet chocolate
Until I find myself at once calm, centered-
On the you I am coming to know now.
You make me feel at ease because
You are the piece that completes
The puzzle that my mind was
Always eager to solve.
