Tampered With

Tampered With

A Poem by Constance
"

For the Crazysexycool contest. I used the following titles from TLC songs: Tampered With, Untouchable, True Confessions, Waterfalls, Ain't too Proud to Beg, Let's do it Again, Switch, and the album title Supernova.

"

You've tampered with...

         the untouchable

exposed...

more than what you should see

expression in supernova...

         thoughts displayed in high definition

true confessions,

sharp, swift honesty

words in streams,

emotions inundate

waterfalls....

from my lips to your ears

"I ain't too proud to beg,"

you whisper

"Let's do it again,"

you say

I've already flipped the switch

so what's the use of hiding now?

under the flourescent glare,

your effervescent grin my impetus...

       showtime, darling...

You've tampered with...

        the untouchable

the lid is already on the floor

and I can't stop if I try

and I don't want to...

        anymore.

Constance
I just wrote this for the contest. Not intended to be my best, but it flowed out pretty naturally when I saw a couple of the titles.
