Truth

Truth

A Poem by Constance

Sometimes we exchange a word or two,

Words that sting, that bite the heart

But they are nips, they make bruises

That quickly fade away as I say

" I see how you think of me",

And you say something that

Melts the ice in a flash

You say

"I love you. Can you see that?

That is the core of everything I think and feel."
And I look at you, and I hear you and I know

Truth again

My core

Is the same

About
I write about my past, my own real experiences. Even my poetry is inspired by my life. I was, I suppose, born writing, making up stories and rhymes from about when I started to speak, but had to wait .. more..
