Sunset

Sunset

A Poem by conspicuousleaf
"

A poem about the sun and moon

"
  the sun plunged behind
  the naked trees - her
  golden rays danced on
  the waves like flames.
  She sunk into the horizon,
  painting the sky a mysterious
  purple. As she burnt out,
she was replaced by a luminous
sphere that sat on the clouds
  and danced with the stars.

Its a great poem it feels as if you are talking about someone you fell in love with who can't be with you a bigger question is there a sunset in your life ?
