Life Like Maze

Life Like Maze

A Poem by console

Through twists and turns, a winding road,

A labyrinth of thoughts, an enigmatic code.
A maze of moments, choices to make,

Each path a journey, each step a stake.

Walls rise tall, a puzzle to unfold,

Secrets and riddles, a story untold.
I navigate with hope as my guide,

Seeking the truth on this quest inside.

Dead ends deceive, yet I persevere,

Trusting my instincts, releasing fear.
Footprints left behind, a map of my past,

Lessons learned, a wisdom amassed.

Echoes of decisions, reverberate clear,

In this intricate journey of hopes and fear.

As I tread the passages, uncertain and free,

The maze is a reflection of who I'll be.

I really like this poem, console.
It reminds me much of "Flowers for Algernon" and the part when Charlie is in his apartment racing Algernon who is running in his maze.
Sometimes our minds cause us to feel trapped in that maze.
