Everything is Insane

A truly altruistic heart,

A warm, encouraging tongue,

A beautifully benevolent smile, 

A tune of happiness is sung,

True pleasure to say the least

Is the art of knowing art

Is the beauty of knowing beauty

Is the beauty in pain of heart

But seeing this beauty is pain

A truly arduous feat

Is the pain and fear of knowing

And the ideas all incomplete

An innate appreciation

For the beauty that is pain

Everything is a metaphor

Everything is insane

Truly one of the best poems I've read in a long time. You craft rhyme with such beauty and skill, it's unfathomable! I was left truly speechless after reading this! Also, what an excellent vocabulary range. Everything is insane as a title really drew me in and I stayed for the content.
