CrimsonA Poem by Cody Jeremy ThompsonNot all relationships are made to work.
I remember you being the first thing I think of,
In my eyes first image to dawn. Your crimson hair's volume, Rivaled only by your dishonesty. Deception, lies it's all that you've given. Your toxic gifts taken as charity. To worst I gave nothing but a shiver. Then again it might've just been me. These days I look behind. There's not a single thread of crimson hair, Others dishonesty has replaced yours. Then again maybe it was just me, One who ended it without remorse. © 2016 Cody Jeremy ThompsonAuthor's Note
