No One Knows

No One Knows

A Poem by coin

No one Knows I don't show up for work

I'm my own boss

and make my own hours.

I take long weekends

I eat breakfast alone

No one Knows

So what's the matter? I enjoy my days

I claim to make the most of my time when I'm with people

And I've got pretty good at it

"Hey! Look at all these great things I'm doing! Look at me ...I'm a well balanced individual!"

I'm not really

I've managed to fool a certain type of person, but I don't respect them.

If they've fallen for my act they don't deserve my respect

It's the Ones who can sniff me out that I'm most worried about

It's them that keep me up at night...

Frantic for good graces and eager to make the team

They're a hard bunch

Tough Customers

Great coaches

I'm glad they don't let me off too easy

these only ones I'd rub shoulders with

Heaven forbid they stay above me

God help me if I get above them.
