The feeling of nothing

The feeling of nothing

A Poem by Cody Michael

heavy is the heart,
overwhelmed in pain,
broken is the mind,
from all the strain,
weak is the body,
stressed and over come.
tattered is the soul,
entranced in shame.
walled up are the emotions,
to keep one sane,
deprived are the eyes,
watching hopeless things.
lost are the ears,
hearing sad things.
dead is the will,
crumpled and torn.
lost is it all,
so very warn.

I felt the same way too, whenever I'm alone!..

I am actually speechless. This was brilliant, from beginning to end.
