Meanwhile Poor was in the car to there and he says to the man thank you and the man says for what and the boy says because you saved me abd he says no I ruined it and he almost pulled the trigger but he took the gun and said maybe your nice not mean and bam he shoots him and says im the mean one and steps on the breaks and gets out of the car and the S.W.A.T. and the police came and he was accused for murderer and he told them his story and they realized that they should let him go and he went to school and didnt have anything and he was at his grams and saw himself on the news

Try this for punctuation and rewording:
As they drove away in a car, Poor says, "Thank you." to the man.
"What for?" asks the man.
"Because you saved me."
"No, I ruined it." he said pointing the gun at Poor.
Poor took the gun away from him and said, "Maybe you're nice and not mean." Then he pulled the trigger, and bam, shoots him, saying, "I'm the meant one." He steps on the brakes, and gets out of the car.

The police with their SWAT Team come and Poor is accused of murder. After he tells them his story, they realize, they should let him go.
*The following part is from your chapter 1:
His parents are dead and he has no other relatives. But (What was the girl's name from chapter 1?) finds out about his being homeless and invites him to live with her. They have lots of fun together, but then she dies.
