V.A. Diversity

V.A. Diversity

A Poem by Cocoacandy

Tiny fiddlers huddle by the boardwalk,

Returning to their homes,

And dolphins crest the sea,

Looking for a meal.

Jellyfish float elegantly,

Like ghosts of neon,

While seagulls ready their wings

And fluff their feathers.

Sharks stalk silently

Like cats in the night,

As hermits steal another home

And leave their old ones behind.

Pure white sand, damp from the ocean,

Is the only true separation of these two worlds,

Yet if you were to look at them apart,

You would see Worlds of diversity.

There is in a sense two worlds to everything if one tends to often look close enough.
