A Poem by Cocoacandy

Her soft purr,

Her rough tongue,

Her loving nature

For everyone.

She’s a lost treasure,

This cat of mine,

Years of fourteen

Never brought her down.

Instead turned on

By her own heart,

Which became too heavy,

and finally stopped.

Rest in Peace Boots Junior,

You’ll forever be in my heart.

So journey to that mouse hunt in the sky,

And never forget me, promise?

I have to admit that the losing of a relative is hard, but the losing of someone's pet is even harder than one might seem. I lost my dog about a year ago, my sister was walking it down the street and it was malled by two other huger dogs. It will be a year in June. My sister is still torn up about it, I still want justice for it to be honest. Again I'm sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry for your lost of your cat. I have lost my cat of 10 years in January. You miss those animals who are your friends for so many years. Thank you for sharing the story.

She won't.
But I've heard there are a lot of mice in heaven.
They sneak up from down below.
BJ is probably pretty busy, and full.
(also, she will be happy to know that in heaven, all mice are required to bathe before being eaten.)
