This is in memory of Kelsie Trobaugh, 17 year old high school student who died March 20th in a motorcycle accident. She was a class act, a good kid with a great sense of humor and a bright future

Dear George< I am so sorry... my heart goes out to you and your family. I know it
has been a while since I have read or reviewed your poetry, I have been ill twice this last year, bleeding from my lungs and pneumonia and copd. I am much better now, still have some tests to run. You know, it has been 3 years, since my son passed away due to a drunk driver... so my heart has a hole in it as does yours, an empty void where only God has the answers as to why things happen the way they do. May his spirit bring you the comfort that you need and heal your broken heart. Kelsie is truly with the angels.. debileah
It is always so tragic when one dies so young...I encourage u to read "valediction forbidding mourning" by Donne, or "In Memoriam" by Tennyson (a whole collection dedicated to his young dead friend), specifcally "Tears Idle Tears", and "On my first son" by Ben Johnson. Take care.
Sorry to read this knowing it is for someone now gone..it makes one wonder why children come into a parents life only to be snatched away so soon..I have lives through this feeling and I feel for her family..lol and God bless..Valentien
So sad to die so young! What a wonderful tribute in her honour.. may blessings be with her family.. this is soo tragic to read but must be just absolutely heartbreak for them as well as her friends.. my prayers go out to them.. almost didn't leave a review.. but this was a really touching write..
First of all, let me offer words of peace and love to the family of this dear, dear child whose life has been snuffed out much too soon!
As you know, George I lost a 16 year son so many years ago now in an automobile accident, but to read your words, is like feeling so much of it all over again!
We ask...why over and over, and over again, but the answer is always the same....we don't know why! We just know there is a huge hole left in our hearts!
Thank you for caring so much, for showing such love and compassion in the face of tragedy!!
Blessings to all who mourn, with hope her memory shall never die! Yes, may Kelsie rest in peace!
