Lightly, quickly two move as one,

Patterns and turns from memory and mind,

Passion and energy meld to create

Stories of love, freedom and passion.

Stately, serenely interpreting music

Bringing vision as they paint

The musician’s dreams.

Artfully, skillfully, with intensity they move

Telling the stories of love, loss and life.

Leaving their cares of life all behind

They dance away into the music’s life.

Losing themselves to the music’s demands

They paint visions of the composer’s mind.

Quickly or slowly they still move as one

Strength in form and flow as they continue to move

Power each step as music still beats

Painting more stories each step a single word

Phrasing to bring such music to life.
