Singularity

Singularity

A Poem by Caleb Andrew
"

About singularity of focus when it comes to the compulsion in loving something that has become a destructive force.

"
Furious, looming patience
wading just beyond the horizon
of everything it used to sow.

Brilliant and void,
living in the breath
of its own shadow.

Brightest dread I've ever known.
Holy, crushing, precious.

Temperament to tear apart
the weight of everything it holds.

Riddle of its wrenching grace
is agony to love.
