BreatheA Poem by campsabout panic disorders
Quietly looking out the window,
I can feel it start to set in. My mouth gets dry and my head feels the pressure, Of the uneasiness I will feel within. You tell yourself not to worry, this will pass in due time. But the fact is it will never go away, Unless you fix what's in your mind. When your chest constricts and heart starts to race, The fear will start to take over. Remember with time it will go away, As the morning will make you sober.
