Truth

Truth

A Poem by Cole Thomas

This is a handful of piss.

Drink it.

I smack the peasant

It shatters on the floor.

I sneer at it leering,

a million puny pieces.

Why do I see myself?

WHY DO I SEE MYSELF!?

Ah. Emotion. Heres where it's supposed to get philosophical and I say something majestic that reflects your poem. Uh- nope. Who really understands someone elses thoughts completely? I nickname people on here a lot. Eagle scout, Dionysus, god of strife, other Sarah, Etc. You seem to like confusing poetry. (that's not in a bad way! It's awesome to have confusing poetry! Showing your feelings in the open but no one can fully understand)
Hmmm. Welcome to writers cafe, labyrinth. No refunds. If you don't like it, suck it :)

Bad day or not - life still happens and each of us has to deal as only we can... and who do we really seem the most angry at afterwards - our selves.
