Black WidowA Poem by Miles ColellaA woman (femme fatale) who seduces and destroys men, and the boy who falls for her.
She calls me close and lures with deceit; A promise of affection that never sees The light of day is painted with her Lies that bring forth the uncertainty of night.
A sultry kiss on the neck Turns heads and clouds all judgment. The lust in her eyes Weakens me and I descend to the floor.
My knees shake with anticipation For games of mischief that leave The body always wanting more; I always want more.
Her whispered words are like poison They echo through my fragile mind, Breaking the silence that haunts my Wavering disposition.
A vain attempt to make a connection Overshadowed by seductive actions. Love is something she cannot find So instead she satisfies her most immediate desires.
Her love is a snare. I try to escape her hold, but I have not the will, So I continue to get caught In her sticky web of lies.
She seeks to destroy all those in her path - Anyone foolish enough to fall under her spell. She plays with everyone yet I still feel special; My broken heart is her trophy.
She uses beauty to draw in her prey, And then attacks when they are at their weakest. She paralyzes them with her silky member and Feeds on her powerless victims without mercy.
She schemes and steals the spirits of men, Breaking them down until they are nothing. She is the goddess of heartache and no one Stands a chance against her endless assault. © 2010 Miles Colella |
