Things I want to do after I die.

       After I pass from this world, I want to be buried with my electric guitar, so I can to jam in the afterworld.

                                  

       I want to come back and haunt a location and scare some people. That’s what ghosts do. Although I think it might be some bad karma to frighten human beings.

  

       I wish to read my Akashic record, a listing of my past lives, the story of my “old soul”.

                           

       I want to do some automatic writing on the Interweb.

I call it “phantasmal authorship”, another kind of ghost writer. I wish to update and create articles through a computer on some web pages, after I have left this life.

       I could communicate with the living by electronic voice phenomena, through white noise.                 

                                  

       I would wish to reincarnate into a Bigfoot creature and scare some people. (MBK, more bad karma). Become a part of nature and the wilderness.

Or come back as a Pleiadian alien. Fly in a beam ship. I hope to transverse through other dimensional portals and transport to other planets and other planes of existence. Who needs to see the world, if you can ascend to the spiritual universe.

       I wonder if you get to watch your favorite sports in Nirvana? After all, without football it wouldn’t be heaven.   

       I want to go into the light and see my family again that have passed before. And become oneness with the universal consciousness. When you are into metaphysics and believe in the paranormal, almost anything is possible.

Rosemary Ellen Guiley talked about there being multiple levels in the afterlife. She is there now. Rosemary passed a few years ago. I don't know if anyone has heard from her by spirit writing or EVP.

Yes, you'd be correct, that's what ghosts would do..

It's interesting to read this, because I too wondered what I'd do once this meat suit comes off of the ghost within.

This is a very interesting concept and I believe there is strong basis to it. I have no proof to go by but my consciousness supports it. There is a vast stretch of existence that goes back beyond the event of my birth. I remember being born, bathed in a bluish light. I remember hearing my father's voice while in the womb. I have seen and met my maternal grandfather who died much before I was born. (he was in his striped pajamas reading the newspaper) I have memories of me as a man in my previous birth. A lowly farmer in station. I can't recall anything beyond that for now but I sense existing over many such cycles. This life isn't all there is.

If I survive the death of my mortal body, I'd like to be given a chance to study the dynamics of the manner in which the reincarnation of a soul is determined. How and who decides the particulars of each birth and what are the goals, if any, set for the soul. I'd want to get my hands on the list of all those in my soul group and all my soul mates and a map of their coordinates in space and time. And of course I'd love some pertinent questions answered about events in every life I have lived. I'd also wish to demand compensation for every unfairness done to me, something like rewards or extramiles we get from airlines and then encash them for benefits in future, such as a long life with a soul mate, a high or royal birth, an extraordinary life etc. I'd want to find a way to go on with my writing after the earthly life passes. Perhaps, with a much clearer view of things around.

If there are other dimensions better than our current one, I'd like to explore them and decide which suits me. I'd love to study and unravel the greatest mysteries and cosmic phenomena known to man. Take in the marvels of the universe and its realms with enhanced senses and unlimited understanding sans human mind. I would really be keen to meet other races like mankind created parallely by the Creator and all the systems that keep the universe in motion.

Once dead, I'd definitely want to communicate with my loved ones. I prefer being able to use telepathic powers with enough force to be able to turn things around. I'd definitely want to influence them in a positive way.

No yeti or Saskatchewan for me. In my next birth, I want to be something akin to Queen Elizabeth or some such great and much loved monarch. Or a writer the likes of which no realms in creation have ever witnessed. Amen.

Thank you Divya. This is a great story you posted here. You should post it as a story on the cafe. Sounds like you did live a past life. Your Akashic record would contain your previous incarnations and your soul mates from the past. Unfairness and rewards are part of Karma in reincarnation. And perhaps Queen Elizabeth has been reborn in a new life.
