EastwardA Chapter by Cliff RhodesPoems Of Hope, Spirits, The Book Of The Dead by Cliff Rhodes
Eastward 02/24/2012
Back from off the highway, we are again safe. Wayward wandering has ended our wasteful days. Strange that we would return gladly to our home. Slowly I came to realize the value of a familiar location.
Confusing new places and different surroundings are stressful. Beautiful new landscapes had begun to look barren and dead. How welcome now is a peaceful calm and safe heaven. Lessons are learned about small towns and restful presence.
West is now East and we are thankfully ecstatic. Hectic days are ahead to get back essence of health. Melting into the normal days, now we pray for help. Gestures of wealth and happiness are beginning blessings.
God is always my comfort and help in time of need. Feelings of assurance are from my redeemer. Whatever station I am in is my satisfaction. I am restful in the fact of existance and happiness.
What great discipline is this, a miracle of love. Above all the wasteful pride is our justice. No one single ray of light is so bright as kindness. Fly to the West, return to the East, everywhere is Christ.
