What if we are not alone in our spirit inside? We as Christians are baptized into the body of Christ. Can we say that we actually do everything alone? Do we have no help in all that we accomplish in our soul?
I say that we have many, many, spiritual helpers. Especially, as Christians, we are perculiarly not dead. We are alive with wondrous spiritual regeneration. Grafted in, we are, to the tree of a spiritual congregation.
We do not each other's work, or interfere, with another's plans. We are sovereign souls and have responsibility for our actions. The soul learns to love the help of others for its own benefit. We return the love so that it may be passed on for eternity.
Going in circles, round and round, love gives life. It does not belong to us, we give it so that it can survive. Neither can it die, but it is a spontaneous regeneration. Saving one after the other, they in turn pass it on as a wave.
That is why to meet in fellowship is valuable indeed. No one should pass through life as a single entity. Some stay locked away inside a prison of their own making. Live life to the fullest, meet with other Christians and awaken. © 2011 Cliff Rhodes |
