Death Cannot Find Hope

11-04-2011

Death takes not the victory from Hope's hands.

She will not give up what cannot be had.

Hope is not a golden substance of intrinsic value.

Laughing at the presumption, water runs through her hands.

Golden leaves of Autumn cannot be caught in the wind.

They flutter as if slipping and sliding in a vision.

Death stalks the darkness and cannot grasp what is all around.

Enveloping folds of obscurity lay like fog along the ground.

Misty mask of dark clouds presents no clear vision.

Yet, death is sure and confident but so dissapointed.

Misattention to details leaves the door still partly open.

In walks Hope out of confusion like some bright ghost.

Magnetic aura of confidence is shining all around.

Halo is in correct position, no frown apparent now.

Smiling, she is like the rays of a summer sun in June.

Beautiful, young, elliptical spirit is now immune.

Death's pursuit is in vain and cannot ruin and rule.

Foolish decrepitude has no authority on life's moon.

Hope lives forever in God's Spiritual safety.

Pray for Love's spirit and Hope will amaze.
