the poem is solely about, how living alone really did feel by means of only having to rely on yourself, alone.

Alone

Being alone here,

As life would gently pass by,

Makes you wonder whether

We're truly in-depth need,

for deeply touching the souls

of each other,

As if we would halt for a moment,

And feel about longing for someone

Who's meant to be,

Our other half that we haven't

Met yet, or haven't seen eye to eye with,

Even we might've met them for a while ago,

In another time that we may've dwelled in

But it ended with an awful goodbye,

For being relentlessly alone here

Makes you wonder on, 

Whom should I live for,

For being invariably alone

As years would go by,

They've only brought you tears

That are meant for despair,

And in need for deep belongingness,

While longing for a purpose

As we'd search for true blissfulness,

On nights we'd wished 

We have someone to hold on to,

Hoping to have another life

Right beside us,

To live and breath with,

For it is bugging you for so long

That being alone 

Only means you've nothing

But yourself, alone.

Living your years in vain,

In a fragile lonely world

By yourself, alone.
