TransparentA Poem by Claire "Underground Poet"This is a poem about a boy who transparently saw death through his own reflection. People believed that he was mentally ill, when really he had a secret genius within him that only he could comprehend
Death followed with no escape
but he ran, and he leaped, as death secretly peaked through every impenetrable barrier Maybe it was the illness that made him believe it was death that he swore on every breathe it was him it had to of been him "I can see, I can see he is watching me, ready for me, slowly waiting to be, the recipient of honoree I am not indisposed" The delusions told a story to his articulatory behavior that was nothing of his kind that only a mind like his, could rationally formulate He was what he was because he knew himself Death or not all that he thought was no discrepancy It was chemically, mentally, generally, all secretly seen only through transparency. © 2016 Claire "Underground Poet" |
