multiple disorder

multiple disorder

A Poem by clairekeown25

casandra and celeste, feel one heart beneath their chest,

but they share it with, six others, not their sisters? not their brothers?

or is it one or is it ten, different handwriting under one pen,

a simple shift of conciousness, a heartbeat raised, a sense of bliss,

but when the relapse comes again,

its a different sense, another pain,

whose body is it now?

or is togetherness her power?

Theorise and stratagise, are these games real? is matter mind?

if truth and faith heals cancer sores, peels lizard skin, fall to the floor,

then praise your eshum, your bowie lam,

your heart and soul and mind be calmed.

nihilistic, self sufficient, leeching off the altruistic,

use your masks and your desires, a different choice, i’m open minded!

prostitute your values now, i’m not a fake, i’m not a clown,

whats realistic falls to pieces, genorosity conflicted,

dissasociate your soul, ballistic fits, losing control,

overindulge until you feel no more, ignore the dirt that stains the floor,

as batons strike another head, wisemen guide with prayers mislead,

existentialist excluded, face the truth now, don’t be prudish,

look into the doctors eyes, don’t you see he’s satisfied?

f**k you, your just not my type!

i’l choke on techno, dance obscene,

why should i care that you bleed….

Touching psychosis here. The divided self. A multifaced crystal reflecting the light and refracting a rainbow, what an eye-ful. Defracting the moon through the fine split ends in the sights of a rifle, toss back your head and ruffle your hair and share with your friends a mere sherry trifle.
Eshum and Bowie Lam.... the first is a chinese restaurant and the second a Hong Kong actor.... any other meaning?

Very powerful and disjointed yet beautiful at the same time.
