Hands Were Glimmers

Hands Were Glimmers

A Poem by Cassidy Mask

Hot and dark,

I’m burning in the night time

Under the semblance of stars

They’re just fires in heaven

And I’m CRAVING

The way it felt

To walk in the black

With you

Your hands were

Glimmers as they reached

For me

Angelic hosts

[and the rocks of the earth]

Seemed to sing
