sit back
  take a deep breath
          enjoy your peaceful quest

just relax
losin up ,your on your own
                     just you,yourself,alone
nothing exist
not a voice nor a single sound
mystify your mind
     your outta interactions
           free of all disturbing distractions
imagine the impossible
where your at ,it seems so real
the drinalin fades and your imagination seems so clear.

Very interesting. I have had a problem recently with being able to clear my head and to be able to write. I have been out of inspiration but if by doing what you have described in this poem, I have no doubts Inspiration will come pouring in. Thanks for sharing

A very good poem. I believe and use meditation. Took worst day of my life for me to learn how to do. I like the thoughts and the set-up for meditation. Need a clear head and clean mind to know peace. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
