CAN YOU?

Can you love me the way that I want to be loved?

Make me believe I can fly like a dove?

Can you make me forget all my hurts and pain?

Make me a lady, proper and tame?

Can you tell me a story that I’ve never heard?

Make me hang on your every word?

Can you cheer me up when I’m feeling sad?

Tell me a joke that will make me laugh?

Can you let me beat you while playing games?

And help me pick out baby names?

Can you touch my soul turn me on?

Stoke a fire to keep me warm?

Can you make sure the doors are shut real tight?

Love and protect me all through the night?

Can you love me & squeeze me and hold me close?

Bring me a flower, a long stemmed rose?

Can you love me the way that I want to be loved?

Put your arm around me and give me a hug?

I truly believe it. I went through a lot in just a couple of years and you can feel it in all of my poems. If I didn't have it I don't think I would be hear now. You will see when I post the rest of my poems. (if)
