Panakip Butas

A Poem by SimpleMind

Wake up girl
He never loved you
He probably needed you before though
He could not move on with his ex
He needs you to distract him from thinking about his ex
Remember when you were going out?
Remember when he was courting you and saying sweet things?
Remember when he gets home he posts about depressing stuff and how he hates being alive?
He was in pain, yes
You saw it, but you saw it differently
You thought it was just nothing
And you believed when he said he was over her
But he wasn't
2 months into the relationship and he is still chatting with her
Calling her by their endearments
Reminding her to take an umbrella cos it's raining
Telling her to take care
Did he ever tell you that? Never
So stop your delusion that he loved you
And yet you still choose to fall in love deeper
You cut their connection, he became cranky
You started to get jealous
And guess what, he hated you
Maybe when he got over his ex he finally saw you
He finally saw that you were never sexy
He were never his type
So he started looking at other girls
When you get jealous he just tells you to lose those extra pounds
If you can't lose 'em, don't expect him to stop either
He's a man, it's natural for them he says
So you tried, and tried, and tried again
How many times was it that you tried?
But everytime you are doing well
Out of the blue he will say how sexy your workmate is
How flat her belly is
Yeah, losing weight is not overnight
But he said it himself, he was never ever been with a fat or chubby girl
Remember when he told you that he will leave you if you don't get thin?
Girl that was true, that was all true
Ever wonder why over simple things he gets heated so easily and wants to break up?
Ever wonder how he was able to drag you out that door cos he wants you to leave?
Girl, he was over his ex
He does not need you anymore
His eyes are wide open now and his wound from his past is healed
He is fine now, and he is excited to meet those sexy girls
Those hot chicks he is looking and browsing on his phone and liking their pics
While you are in front of him waiting for him to respond to your conversation
And yet after he left you alone in the mall
You are still there, ready to accept his sorry
Guess what, look around
He is nowhere right?
He is gone
He's not gonna come back
There is no way in hell he would want you back
You are fat girl, face it
And you are a ball of insecurities
You'll never be enough for him
You are not good looking enough
What's the last thing he told you again?
Oh, he wants you to look good when he brings you to see his family
So wake up
You are ugly
You are fat
Deal with it
Suck it up
No one will ever want your love
So accept that fact
And just live in whatever way you can
Don't bother finding love again
It will just hurt you again
