Not Me

After thousands of lines

After millions of words

I can still hear him say “Ugly”

In between the lines

In between his breathes

In the open door of his eyes

After all the tight hugs

After all the deep kisses

I terribly miss him so much

For every time our skin touches

For every time his lips pressed unto mine

I can feel so many miles between us

For his every I love you

I see him look at me

And see the girl he wants me to be
