Yet it's you I long to see

Mama.. is it too much to ask

For you to come by my side?

To listen to my cries

To tell me it's gonna be alright

What is this Mama?

Why does my heart feels so tight?

Why can't my tears dry?

Why does it feel... so painful?

He broke my heart

Over and over again

I believed in all his lies

And all I gained is this pain

Did you...feel this before Mama?

Did you fall for the wrong person once?

Did you wish for the wrong person to be right?

What should I do now Mama?

It's so painful Mama

It's so damn painful 

He cheated on me Mama

And like a fool

I believed his lies

I believed it over and over, then all over again

Am I ugly?

Am I stupid?

Am I meant to be alone?

Am I.. not worthy

A poignant piece that crystallizes the spirit of the mother-daughter relationship...in a side note, I am sick of the guys that give guys like myself such a bad name cuz we're the ones that suffer for it...but the poem is what is important, and this is a most beautiful poem...well done :)

Thanks a lot! I know I am not only speaking for myself when I wrote this. I think most of girls feel this too, it's just that they seek comfort to wrong people. Or they feel embarrassed to their Moms :(
