I know it's a BookA Story by SimpleMindI know many wrote essays, poems, and something alike comparing life and book. I don't know, but I feel like writing one. It might not make any difference, but maybe...just maybe....*
“Life is a book” " an old cliché. One should not judge it by the cover, like one should not judge a person by appearance. Table of contents serves as our stages from childhood to adulthood. Chapters contain our everyday lives, with characters coming in and out. Index signifies the important events, while glossary reminds us of things we learned throughout. Most of all, it has author " God. And we’re the main characters of our own story. Some people will be interested in reading you, some will not. Others will find you boring and insignificant and obsolete, while others will cherish you. And no matter what kind of book you are, there will always be mistakes. Sometimes, when worn out of time or pages torn, people will ignore you. But others will see your value. Once your tale has been told, you cannot undo it. You cannot erase what you did, just like you cannot go back to previous chapters and edit. Yes, you can recall and re-read but you definitely cannot change anything. And like others, some will skip chapters and will jump to the end. The pages " sooner or later will fade. The way our story fades in time. And just like a book, once it begins…it definitely ends.
