United We Stand

United We Stand

A Story by Christine Peters

This time last year, the whole of the United Kingdom was torn apart and split over arguments concerning Brexit: there was a great falling out between political parties, towns and cities, neighbours, including friends and even families.

Yet now with this sudden pandemic that threatens the lives of us all, suddenly we have all become one again and fully united - not just every Thursday night at 8pm but also everywhere outside where true care, community and togetherness is being clearly displayed throughout.

God surely does work in mysterious ways!
