Arms outstretched high as the open top vehicle passes through.,

Mass public gatherings with again, all arms reaching high.,

Is this a scene from Nazi Germany?

No. It is a picture from UK's latest Royal Wedding and a scene from many pop concerts.

Many arms raised high but with a phone-camera in hand.

Photo-shop that same image with Nazi Germany and it would all look the same.,

With also the same adulation.
