Truth

Truth

A Poem by Christine Peters

Truth

Like a house so tall,

With a dark sided wall.

Some people inside

So much is in hide

There are words untold

Shut out in the cold.

A time, a place.,

Some memories

And a face.

A picture, a song

And a road too long.

Stands bright in the light

With shadow on Right,

Seems full with Peace.

Is full with Pride.,

But really is empty.,

Has nothing..,

Has lied.
