Renew, Relive, Reuse, Revive

Renew, Relive, Reuse, Revive

A Poem by Christina
"

Meh, lies, truths, lalallala. XD

"

Soothe my pain,

End it all,

Let me rest,

But don't let me fall.

Grab my hand,

and don't let go.

I grab the edge,

and look down below.

Truths and lies,

Are what I see.

Twisted together,

Then left be.

I glance back up,

Tears in my eyes.

Your grip loosening,

And you ignore my cries.

You let me go,

release my wrist,

I search for a hold,

something to grip.

So I don't fall,

come crashing down,

Get caught in the undertow

and eventually drown.

Your face disappears,

as my eyes flutter shut.

My face turns pale,

My body grows numb.

I'm tossed beneath,

these tumbling waves.

Choking on a truth,

It was my biggest mistake.

Believing your lies,

they're all down here.

The darkness engulfs me,

as the end draws near.

It's my turn to leave,

and I toss you up a truth.

Now come and join me,

Be renewed.

You're the one living a lie.

Renew,

Relive,

Reuse,

Revive.
